When you are signed in, you can also send us feedback directly in the app under Me → Feedback and suggestions and read our replies there. The app adds most of the technical details listed below for you; the privacy policy describes what is sent.

What to include in a report

A report with these details can usually be reproduced and fixed without a second round of questions:

Questions about your account or a purchase

Also include the Account ID shown in Settings → Account under Current account (in the Android app: Me → Settings → Account), and whether you sign in with Apple or Google. For a purchase, say which option you bought (monthly, yearly, lifetime or a practice pack), whether you bought it in the App Store or Google Play, and roughly when. For a Google Play purchase, the order number from Google’s receipt email (it starts with “GPA.”) helps us find it. Never send us passwords or payment card details.

Membership questions

What does lifetime include?

The same membership benefits as monthly and yearly plans: 60 roleplay starts per UTC calendar month and the audio explanations of all scenes. Unused monthly allowance does not carry over. Each roleplay session allows up to 60 AI replies, including expression help. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no scheduled expiry; it does not include unlimited AI, all future products or World services.

What happens to my current subscription?

A monthly-to-yearly change takes effect at the next renewal. Until then, the monthly plan remains current; the app shows the verified pending plan and date when available. Lifetime is a separate charge and takes effect after the store and our server verify it. It does not automatically cancel a subscription, prorate its remaining time, refund it or give a credit. The subscription can continue renewing unless you turn renewal off in the store where you bought it.

After buying lifetime, open Manage Apple subscription from the membership page if you want to stop future subscription charges. Closing that screen does not confirm cancellation. Refresh online and check the actual renewal status. Apple decides refund requests: request a refund.

For a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play: cancel a subscription on Google Play. Google Play decides refund requests for its purchases under its refund policy.

Do overlapping purchases give extra allowance?

No. Monthly, yearly and lifetime membership share one allowance per Rinava account. Changing plans or holding more than one valid purchase does not reset usage. The practice pack adds 10 roleplay starts for 90 days, after the current allowance is used. Remaining paid pack sessions can still be used after membership ends, until the pack expires.

How do I restore a purchase?

Sign in to the same Rinava account used for the purchase, then choose Restore purchases on the membership page. A purchase that is still pending with Apple or Google Play is not active yet. An Apple Account or Google Play purchase belonging to another Rinava account cannot be moved by restoring it. On Android, restoring finds only the purchases of the Google account that is active in the Play Store on that device. Accounts are not automatically joined by matching email addresses.

Can I use my membership on Apple devices and on Android?

Yes, when you sign in to the same Rinava account. Membership belongs to the account, not to the store. Manage or cancel a subscription in the store where you bought it; the other store cannot change it. The Android app offers only Google Sign-In, so an account created only with Apple may not work on Android, even after a purchase.
